Clean and gorgeous hotel, perfect location nEAR AIRPORT. Flexible and respectful staff at reception desk, very good facilities. Nice pool area, great breakfast with super tasty omelet, meats and fresh juices.

Great rooms, large bed and a delicious breakfast. The room has everything you need for leisure and business travel. Large parking lot . Beautiful view from the window.

The 7th floor is noisy ventilation.

I enjoyed my stay with a lovely inner courtyard garden and a solid breakfast selection, perfect for fueling adventures around nearby Lazienki Park and the Warsaw Uprising Museum, both just a short walk away, making my city explorations even easier and more enjoyable.

Free wired internet, but no internet cables!! Was forced to sit in the (closed) bar till 2am downloading email. Curtains in my room did not close completely so it was too light to sleep by 5am

My stay was very short and the most important for me was the Free Shuttle Service to the Airport.

The hotel staff is good n the facilities are fair enough.At reception they were able to guide us where to go n how to go which was quite facilitating.

The worst thing was that after paying so much n with such a prior booking they gave us a very very small room in the corner n it seem to like as if not the part of the hotel it was like a store room. and also they were not having normal water in the hotel,water tasted like salty water n they had no solution for our problem.But worst was the store room.......

Before I left, my night there was good, good service, nice bar service . I would consider this an airport hotel, mainly. There is a free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Bar didn´t have much to eat with the wine and beer, just sandwiches, etc. The first night I was there when I first arrived, the service at reception and in bar was poor, but the restaurant was good, and food too.

Good hotel with polite staf and good location

The description on the Booked.net contained a bathroom with bathtub. In spite of this a room with shower was provided. The description on the Novotel website is also misleading. The hotel offers free WiFi Internet, but it is very slow.

Airport pickup executive was great. Executive for check-out was also good.

Bad treatment from front desk. During check in I was on the queue and I was the next person to be serviced. At that time a man and a lady came directly to the desk without considering us in the queue. The front desk executive serviced those 2 people before me. And he didn’t even say a sorry to me for serving another person than me. I stayed for 2 nights. There was no house keeping.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service free. Very good for travellers who has to overnight in Varsavia

I had a good stay with an amazing breakfast spread and a peaceful pool area perfect for relaxing. The rooms were cozy, but the air conditioning wasn't as effective as I'd hoped. I would definitely stay here again.
